What is the refund policy?
If you’re not completely happy, you can ask for a full refund within the first 14 days of your subscription, as long as you haven’t taken a third live class (whichever comes first).
This benefit applies only to your first payment, not to future payments, and only if you have not yet taken two live classes.
After you take the third live class, you can’t request a refund—even if you’re still within the 14 days.
Just email us at support@papora.com with the reason for your cancellation, and we’ll refund 100% of your money. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your learning.
