How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, just send us an email at support@papora.com with your first and last name, letting us know that you’d like to cancel.

When you cancel, you’ll lose access to the self-guided course lessons, you won’t be able to book classes with native teachers, and you’ll no longer enjoy any discounts or other Papora benefits.

If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription and haven’t taken your third live class yet (whichever comes first), we’ll refund 100% of your money.

After you take the third live class, you can’t request a refund — even if you’re still within the 14 days.

Want to pause or change your plan?

If you’d like to take a short break from your subscription, simply contact us at support@papora.com.

With this option, you can pause your plan for a few months and then resume it later without losing your current discount — easy and flexible!

If you’d like to switch from the Professional Plan to the Essential Plan, or vice versa, just email our support team and we’ll help you make the change.
